La Teatru. La Călinescu

Dear Colleagues,
We have the distinct pleasure of inviting you to the 2nd Edition of the National Conference (with international participation) MULTIDISCIPLINARITY IN ACTION: FRONTIERS IN PEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY – connecting disciplines for the child and family, which will take place in Bucharest, from May 14 – 16, 2026, under the aegis of the NEUROCARE Conferences. The success of the first edition confirmed an essential fact: modern pediatric neurology cannot exist outside of interdisciplinary dialogue. Precisely for this reason, the 2026 edition aims to explore the new frontiers of pediatric neurology, placing the child and family at the center through an integrated, empathetic approach based on genuine collaboration between specialties.
We live in a time of rapid medical progress, where the complexity of pediatric neurological cases constantly challenges us to transcend the boundaries of a single discipline. This conference aims to be a meeting space between pediatric neurology, genetics, pediatrics, psychiatry, rehabilitation, imaging, immunology, and other related fields, in order to build modern and personalized diagnostic and treatment solutions together.
What are our goals for the 2nd Edition?
To offer a high-level academic setting that is also open, interactive, and inspirational, where the exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices contributes to a better understanding of the child with neurological pathology and the needs of their family. The program will include scientific sessions, current presentations, case studies, round tables, and practical workshops designed to stimulate critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The NEUROCARE Conferences remain dedicated to supporting physicians—especially young doctors—in their professional journey, offering them access to quality medical education, mentorship, and real networking opportunities. The 2nd Edition represents a new step in consolidating this professional community united by the same mission: caring for children with neurological conditions at the highest standards.
We invite you to be part of this experience and to contribute together to building bridges between specialties, for the well-being of the children and families we care for.
With distinguished consideration,
Raluca Ioana Teleanu,
President, Neurocare Association
