E-POSTERS
The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit papers (oral communications or e-posters) for evaluation and inclusion in the program.
Submitting papers

Abstracts can be sent by e-mail to the following address: neurocare@aspro.com.ro or by filling out the form here
Deadline for submission of papers: 20.04.2025
There is no limit to the number of abstracts a participant can submit. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent by 31.03.2025.
The authors of the presentations are required to register for the event and pay the participation fee, filling out the registration form, and in the comments, they will mention that they are the author of the paper - the title of the paper. CLICK here to REGISTER
Preparation of works
Abstracts of papers will be written in text format, with the following specifications:
• Text in Romanian and English
• Keywords in Romanian and English
• Names and surnames of the authors (with academic and professional titles) with emphasis on the presenting author and the institutions to which they belong
• The text will include: introduction, purpose of the paper, material and methods, results, conclusions, keywords, without tables or graphs
• The desired presentation format will be specified – oral or poster
